I completed this model around January of 1997
This model is based from one of my all-time favorite Anime movies Nausicaa and The Valley of the Wind.
The painting was done with Testors Enamel, and Pactra Water Based Enamel.
The kit was molded very poorly and inaccurately, so I had to greatly modify the insect to make it and its wounds accurate to the movie. I also had to invent a new color for its shell.
